How do I know where my order is?

You'll be sent tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched! We aim to dispatch with in 24 hours!

Can I change or cancel my order?

We cannot change your order but if you change your mind you can cancel and re-order. Please note that if your order has already been shipped we cannot cancel and you will have to follow the returns policy

What if an item I want is sold out?

We will be very sorry if you see an item and it is sold out! We make sure all of our items are viral and popular so if we have an item sold out, we will get it back in stock asap!

We aim to send any orders received before 12pm on the same day

We use fully tracked shipping on every order and our shipping is free!

How do I know if my order was successful?

After completing the ordering process, you will be sent an order confirmation by email. If you have not received an order confirmation, please contact us.

Once shipped we will provide you with tracking details via the email you have provided

Can I change the delivery address after ordering?

If you need to change the delivery address after placing an order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible to avoid the item being shipped to the wrong address. Once the item has been shipped wed cannot get it back

What’s your returns policy?

Return & Refund Policy Thanks for shopping at The Viral Warehouse. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), you will be notified via email.

When will I get my refund?

As soon as we have processed your return and the refund has been made, you will receive an email confirmation from us. We will refund the purchase amount to the payment method you used to place your original order. Please allow up to 5 working days.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, of course! Send us back your original item and let us know which item you'd like exchanging for and we will either charge you the difference or refund the difference.
